  33.             Sample Amendment To Trust For Married Persons
  34.  
  35. This is the document whereby you, while living and competent, make
  36. desired changes to provisions of your trust.  Changes in final
  37. beneficiaries, the shares each will receive, successor trustees, or
  38. the age of distribution are examples of revisions that might be
  39. required due to changes in your circumstances.  In the case of a
  40. married couple with an A-B trust after the death of one spouse, the
  41. surviving spouse, while living and competent, may change the
  42. provisions of Trust A only.  The only change that can be made to
  43. Trust B is the designation of successor trustees, and this must be
  44. done with a special document created for that purpose.

  52.                      AMENDMENT TO TRUST AGREEMENT

  56. A.  JOHN M. SMITH and MARY S. SMITH, Co-Trustors, executed a Trust

  58. establishing THE SMITH FAMILY TRUST ("Trust Agreement").

  60. B.  Pursuant to the powers granted in ARTICLE II A. of the Trust
  61. Agreement, Co-Trustors have the power to amend the Trust Agreement by
  62. written instrument signed by both Co-Trustors and filed with the
  63. Trustee.

  66. following amendment, which shall be effective as of the date of
  67. execution hereof:
